Legends Speed & Agility Training Program

The Importance of Speed & Agility 

Regardless of what sport you play -  speed and agility training provides the baseline necessary to refine your sport-specific skills. But speed and agility training is not exclusive to sport-specific athletes. People of all fitness levels can develop their functional strength, increase core stability and improve the way they move with speed and agility training.  This program is also a great way to get and stay in shape! 

 

 

The Legends Speed & Agility Training Program
Our Speed & Agility Training Program places a high priority on functional movements, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are extremely important in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Parents and adults welcome!  Perfect if your child is working out at the Ballpark already or you need time for yourself, in an easy going setting.  

Program Details:

Mondays, 7-8pm

11/11, 11/18, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9 and 12/16

Saturdays,  9-10am
11/16 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14 and 12/21
 

Program Length - 6 weeks

Ages - 7 and up. Parents and other family members can attend too and work out at the same times as their children!
