Legends Baseball™ hires SJ Baseball HOFer Nick DelGozzo as their Baseball Program Manager

Legends Baseball is excited to announce the addition of South Jersey Hall of Fame Coach Nick DelGozzo as our Full-time Baseball Program Manager. Coach DelGozzo comes to Legends Baseball™ with a tremendous baseball background.

As a player, DelGozzo’s accolades start to accumulate quickly. He was a 3-year Varsity letterman at Audubon HS, a 2x Captain, 2x All-Group 1 infielder, 2x All-Conference infielder, 2x Carpenter Cup participant. In 1994, after winning the State Championship DelGozzo was also recognized by the Star-Ledger (Newark Ledger) as a 1st Team All-State infielder. After high school, DelGozzo went on to become a 4-Year Starter at Monmouth University (D1 NCAA). While at Monmouth, he was a 3x All-Conference player at 2 different positions 2B/3B, 2x All-State infielder and Member of the 1998 Monmouth NCAA South Regional Team in Gainesville, FL. After College, DelGozzo went on to play professional ball for the Ohio Valley Redcoats in the Frontier League before retiring and beginning his coaching career.

DelGozzo started his coaching career with Mount Laurel’s American Legion Team and after 12 seasons he finished with 250+ wins, 7 NJ State Final appearances and 2 Mid-Atlantic Regional appearances. He also coached & trained with Tri-State Arsenal for 10 seasons and is currently the Assistant Coach at Bishop Eustace Prep for the last 7 years. While at Bishop Eustace, teams have won a Diamond Classic Title, 5 Conference Titles, and has ranked in the NJ State Top 15 (5 of 7 years). Coach DelGozzo has had the privilege of coaching hundreds of players who have gone onto play college and professional baseball.
