Inclement Weather/Circumstance Beyond Our Control

Legends Ballpark monitors the weather forecast very closely every weekend.  We encourage all teams to make decisions based on what is best for them and their players.  We understand that the weather may cause some frustrations due to travel, however WE DO NOT CANCEL BASED ON THE FORECAST, except in rare situations due to a STATE OF EMERGENCY.  In cases of state or federal emergencies, Legends Ballpark will provide a credit to your team or organization for entrance into a future tournament. Credits must be used 12 months from the date of the originally scheduled tournament.

 

Decisions to delay, suspend or cancel games/tournaments will be based on actual field and playing conditions.  Our staff makes every effort to ensure safe play by utilizing tools and materials to prepare and maintain fields. Weather updates will be provided to coaches.   

 

We will make every effort possible to complete the tournament in the time period allotted; however, we will continue or extend a tournament to another day or weekend, as necessary.

In the event of a weather-related delay or cancellation, all coaches will be notified by phone, email and text.
