Legends is pleased to offer pitching and arm care/velocity clinics aimed helping young pitchers develop athletic and efficient throwing mechanics and teaching them the components they need to optimize health, strength, endurance & recovery of the body and arm.

In this clinic, your pitcher will learn the fundamentals of this position, including grips, motions, arm care.
